Common questions

I didn’t get my verification code. Check your spam folder, then use “Resend code” after a minute.
My targets look wrong. Open Profile, check your height, weight, activity level and goal, and save.
My timers or plan don’t match between devices. Pull to refresh; data syncs through your account.
How do I delete my account and data? Email us from your registered address and we will delete it within 30 days.
